Instead of memorizing forms, NXG Combat Sports places emphasis on more functional training aspects like boxing drills, bag work, and sparring.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling & wrestling based martial arts. 

 BJJ is a great tool for self-defense, but even more importantly it builds grit and determination while teaching us to remain calm in the face of adversity.
