Lindsey Bateman - Program Manager
The first face many will see, Mrs. Lindsey manages our front end where she assist with scheduling, memberships and student needs.
"As a wife and mom, consistency and simplicity is mandatory to sustain a busy life. We maintain that same approach with the goal of making your life a little easier!"

In addition to family and her profession, she is also a Black Belt in Taekwondo where she served as an original instructor in our youth striking program.
Coach Jeremy - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Coach Jeremy's martial arts journey started like many, as a Dad sharing an interest with his children!
A devoted husband, father, and coach he has been a part of NXG Combat Sports for almost 8 years now. He is a lead instructor in our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, and runs our semi-private "Elevate Training Sessions" for youth athletes.
In addition to coaching he is also an experienced competitor in the sport of BJJ.
Ben - Early Bird BJJ
Professor Ben is a teacher by trade holding a PHD in addition to being active duty USAF and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has been a part of our program for more than 5 years and actively oversees our Early Bird Jiu-Jitsu program.
An active IBJJF competitor, he earned his BJJ Black Belt from John Ouano in 2024.
Monnie - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Monnie joined NXG Combat Sports as a teenager. He began competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2020 and earned his Blue Belt in 2022. He made his MMA debut in 2024, amassing 7 fights in his first year, and winning the IFL Amateur Featherweight Championship.
He earned his Purple Belt in BJJ and Assistant Coach Position in 2025.
Bobby - Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
A member of NXG Combat Sports since 2018, Coach Bobby is a wealth of knowledge both on and off the mats. A veteran law enforcement officer with a PhD. He currently assists with Early Bird Jiu-Jitsu classes.
He earned his BJJ Black Belt in 2024 from John Ouano - Tsunami BJJ
Coach Adam - Striking Program
Adam interned in our Instructor Development Program starting in 2023 and began his role as an Assistant Instructor in 2025. He currently provides support to both youth and adult striking programs at NXG Combat Sports.
