Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is often described as "Kinetic or Physical Chess". Students learn to analyze situations, implement and adapt to change in real time, and make decisions in a physical environment.
This combines critical thinking skills with physical activity creating an optimal tool for mental and athletic skill development!
