Kickboxing teaches a practical approach to martial arts. It is the striking component of our program and a requirement for our MMA Classes. Striking skills also compliment the grappling aspects of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.

Our Home School program provides the opportunity to make new friends, and increase physical activity all while experiencing the martial arts in a daytime setting.
This program offers two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions each week and provides the comfort of small-group training ideal for Montgomery's growing homeschool community.
