NXG Martial Arts Classes (ages 5-8)

Providing our youngest students an environment specifically suited to their age appropriate development.  

Little Warriors learn polite social interaction and physical skills in a highly structured, adult led classroom setting.

A "punch & kick" based martial arts that is ideal for developing hand-eye coordination, balance, and dexterity. 

The use of verbal instruction assists in building good neuro-muscular connection while training our youngest students to become great listeners!  

This grappling based martial arts teaches physical problem solving, and builds courage, tenacity, and durability.

Student learn how to conduct themselves in contest with their teammates in order to strengthen their competitive nature while simultaneously learning emotional and physical self-control.
