The NXG Striking System draws on elements of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, Japanese Karate and Korean Taekwondo, and Western Boxing. This "8 Limbs" approach utilizes Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbows, clinch striking, and takedowns as a means of self defense, combat sport and workout.
